SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders within the United States are shipped via UPS with receipt confirmation and insurance.
Payment Processing: 2 Business Days
Order Processing: 5-7 business days (depending on your order).
Processing times for Pre-Orders take between 7-14 business days.
Products ship within 2-5 business days from your order date, depending on your location.
During major sales and promotions, orders may take up longer. Orders are NOT processed on weekends and major holidays. If you are in need of emergency extensions please use contact us for direct communication.
Please keep your billing and shipping address the same. We do NOT ship to P.O Boxes. Be sure you are entering the CORRECT billing address that is associated with your bank card. Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. All orders are shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.
Modifications to your order will not be permitted after an order has been submitted. For example, changes of product, shipment or payment methods, address cancellations, and etc.

Receiving Orders from UPS:
Please examine your package before signing off and opening. Please REFUSE your package if The Nude Box Collection packaging is flat, deflated, or beat up. Please expect to receive The Nude Box Collection orders in healthy and top tier conditions as quality and presentation is most important to our team. Hold your package firmly and shake to ensure that YOUR NUDE BOX is inside.

Warehouse Shipping to Customer: 3-5 business days (or less).
Please note that the shipping time frame during purchases AND sales may/will extend to 7-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.
Please take note of extreme weather conditions and holidays. Please place orders accordingly. Meaning, although our warehouse holds hair extensions on hand, please place orders still allowing 7-14 business days of complete processing, shipping, and delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Nude Box Collection does not offer refunds. Exchanges are permitted for items that are not damaged or if there has been a mistake on our behalf. If exchanges are needed, please contact our customer service email at thenudeboxcollection@gmail.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.
Exchanges must be made within 7 days after you have received your order. Exchanged items MUST be unused and in the same condition as received; along with the original packaging and tags. We also require proof of purchase once order is received.

UNDELIVERABLE/LOST/RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES

Shipments are ONLY shipped out to confirmed address. If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to The Nude Box Collection warehouse, it is due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking history.
Please note that we are unable to make changes or corrections that are placed on YOUR system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please confirm your address. Please make use of the correct abbreviation, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and routing information. The Nude Box Collection is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
